Dont Come To This University
I have to complain about the university I am in now. Many it sucks. I shall not mention the name here, but if you want to know which university I am in, ask me and I shall reveal my university. But before I go on, let me say this. IF you want to join this university for IT COURSE, please do yourself a favor and don’t join this university. Find other places like HELP or MONASH which is a better place to study. In my university there is not much of practical and you have to study theory after theory. That is why the students in my university is quite weak in both programming and technical knowledge. My dean told me that this university is going to focus a lot on academic and less on practical as the students are the one that need to find out and learn most of the things themselves. I agree and disagree with his statement. Maybe you all can comment if you all agree or don’t agree.
As I told you all I am not sure if I can pass my moral, well that’s quite true. Yesterday I went and ask the faculty staff when the result will be release and they told me “MAYBE NEXT WEEK”. Next week is Hari Raya and where on earth people will work? Most of the people will take 1 week off as the Raya falls on Tuesday and Wednesday. Since I was not satisfied with their answer, I went to see the dean today. I was with him for nearly 45 minutes talking about various issues.
The 1st thing was I asked him when the result will come out and he told me in will be only in January NEXT YEAR. For January to come it will take another couple of months before I will know I pass my Moral or not. That is total trash man. I actually asked him to help me to check my moral result and well, he was not helpful. He asked me how confident I was and if I thought I could pass. I told him honestly that I am not sure at all. This was his suggestion. He told me to retake the paper once more (that’s means if I fail I retake it is ok, but what happen if I pass?). This exam cost money too. If I retake I will have to pay rm300 and if I pass don’t tell me I am going to pay the university rm300 for free? If lets say I pass they university will take months or even years to refund me my money. And guess what? This Moral subject is not even counted in the CPGA. If I pay the rm300 and it is going to push up my CPGA I will do it, but now it won’t, so what for I pay so easily?
I know my university is always sucking student’s money. Every single thing they demand payment from student. Their facilities are not that good and they still can demand us to pay so much money to them yearly. Not only that, the staff in the university sucks. They are most of the time nasty people and their face tells you the whole story. They should know that indirectly we pay our fees, we are paying their salary too.
Maybe I can reveal my university. From those who are from DUMC, my university is very near the new Dream Center. It is just down the road and you can find my university. Do me a favor and do yourself a favor or even if your friends ask, tell them to find other places to study.

Haze oh haze, why must you always be a year event for our nation? All of us know that the culprits behind the haze are companies that are in our land. They use the shortest path and that is by burning the forest to clear it up. I know it is the fastest and cheapest way but it is the worst for other people around the surroundings. The best thing is these companies say “no no not me. I never burn” which is actually total trash.
Every year it will be a season to wait (after July) and I total hate it. Who likes haze?
Next year it will be our nations 50th Anniversary of Independence. Due to its 50th birthday, we are having “Cuti Cuti Malaysia 2007” and advert on it has started to spread out to the world. If we are going to have haze next year, it will defeat the purpose of having the cuti cuti Malaysia 2007. If these companies and our neighbors are not doing their part, surely the haze story will continue forever. Our country is to bring in million of tourist and bring it lots of revenue and I do MEAN LOTS. I heard the figures before but I can’t remember the amount.
I am sick of our neighbors who always say “we have everything under control and there will be no haze next year” which is a total trash. They have nothing under control, they are not doing their part and best of all meetings with our own country leaders wont solve the problem too.
So would those companies that love to burn, burn their own self up? Or why don’t you call your staff to go and clean the forest by using machines? If profit is the only thing you see and cutting cost (everyone does that) is really important, let me tell you this, when time comes, you will surely be punished in a manner that I can’t even tell. In another words, there will be revenge coming your way (could be done by humans or God).

Remember once I wrote about my aunty who loves to steal? I shall reveal her name as she is a bad example. Her name is Jenny Teo. Well this time she doesn’t steal from my grandma but she stole from the supermarket. She was caught shoplifting after she paid for some goods and some goods were inside her handbag. It happen in my hometown recently when my grandmother was having food poisoning.
According to what I heard, she was shopping and shoplifting at the same time. She was caught in action by a plain cloth security guard taking care of the supermarket. As she was heading out after paying for “some items” the guards with the uniform stop her. I am not sure how she settles it but she manages to settle it.
I wish that 1 day she will steal and the CCTV will catch her and she will end up in police station. I am not trying to be bad but I hope that she will be taught a lesson. She thinks she can go and steal everyone’s stuff and get away with it. I heard before that people become bolder and bolder after several attempts and they still get caught at the end of the day.

Since Pui Fun wrote about what she does during her free time, I shall copy that post.
What I usually do when I am free is I tend to play the guitar a lot. I don’t know why but it seems music has been my 1st love. I love music. I love doing vocals. Now I love to play the guitar as I just invested rm1.6K on it. Better I play on it then leaving it there. I have to practice a lot as I want to prove to my parents that my guitar was worth every cent of my investment. These days after my class, I will come back and sleep and after I wake up I will play the guitar till 11pm+. I wish I had more time to practice my guitar. At the same time I really regret for not playing nicely or go into serious playing or even buying an easier guitar that I can practice on.
I actually played for their cg last Friday, but it was quite bad as I wasn’t really ready for some of the songs. And I did quite a lot of mistakes as the chord was not correct. In the end I had to minus some chords and it work fine. I guess they did enjoy the worship as for a long time they were using CD to do their worship or sing without music.
As for my other free time, I play computer games at times (but now not so often). When I compare the time used for guitar against time use for games, time for games fly faster than guitar. I don’t know why. Some one tell me why.
Noting much has been happening to me. Been in my Windows 2k3 class for 3 weeks already. Tomorrow we got to do some project on what we have to learn during the last 3 weeks.
As for my grandma, thank God she is out of my house. She is currently with my aunty for another couple of days. She is still pain in the ass for me. Some people don’t understand that I hate her so much. They keep on saying show love to her, don’t scold her, and don’t hit her as it might hurt her feelings and etc etc. honest I don’t CARE. Till today I still hit her (words not physical) and my parents knows that I don’t like her.
I guess that all for today.

I know that my previous writing shows how I hate my grandma so much. Well I do hate her and if you all ask me to take away my writing, I am sorry I will not. It’s a blog and I can write what I want and even my friends blast other people and etc etc in their blogs. If they can, why cant I?
I really can’t get along with my grandma and I just “tahan” all the trash that she is giving to my family. She is stubborn and her level of pride can even touch the sky. Honest I was piss off when she gave me a few remarks the other day whether it is got to do with me or nothing got to do with me. I can take trash thrown at me from my friends BUT never my grandma.
That aside,
Windows 2K3 class is quite fun so far. Attending this class shows how many technical terms I have already forgotten when I studied it in 2000-2003. I recap a lot of stuff that I learn in JMTI last time. And the questions that were asked by the students kind of slowly pop back into my head as it is like memories that slowly comes back to a person.
As for my guitar, my mum doesn’t know that I bought a new guitar. Maybe she will find out today when the washer women come to my house in the afternoon. I haven’t been playing it much when my mum came back. Maybe it is about time I reveal my guitar really soon. As for practice, I have been playing my ex guitar for the pass couple of days. Crap need to use new guitar to improve at a faster rate :P
As for job application, I need to check out jobs in Singapore too as they have a high of 15 years of job offer over there. Maybe once I am there I can go shopping for my guitar equipments :P

My parents are coming back tomorrow and I got to pick my mum up at 5am in the morning. I bet I will be very bum in school tomorrow as I got class from 9-5. I am not sure how I am going to last the whole day tomorrow. I guess I will get killed for buying the guitar too. But what to do? Buy already cannot return back to the shop right?
I started my Windows 2K3 class on Monday and so far it is quite a good course. I started to recap back what I learn in JMTI in the year 2000 and 2001. Some of the questions that were asked by the students or the lab workers suddenly came back to my mind and it is the same questions that was asked last time. I try my best to also help my friends who are not sure what they are doing but I cant help every 1. I have to say what I learn in JMTI really help me till today. I really thank God for bringing me to that school even though I had to go thru 3 years of diploma. It really equip me better than my Uni.
That’s all I guess. Got to sleep soon as I am tired and I have to take my mum tomorrow.

I know I should have put some advertisement on my blog or even friendster to tell the world about DUMC carnival which started on the 30th and ended on the 1st of October. It was really fun and it was really tiring for me. I had to take care of my CG game stall on Saturday (help my sister out) and also on Sunday (my duty, was there from 1230-650+).
The game that my cg created was called Gunung Tahan. It was actually gunung that is made out of vanilla card and there will be a ping pong ball on top of the gunung. Players are to throw the ping pong towards the gunung to knock off the ping pong balls that is on the peak of the gunung. Boy this game is tiring as we got to chase the ping pong ball around and some of the balls can go flying really far as there is no barricade to stop the balls from flying every where. Today we created the barricade and the balls didn’t really have that much room to fly anymore. The only thing is, we got to pick up the balls and place it back on the peak of the gunung and that can be quite a problem too as the peak is not cut that wide.
But all in all, the Carnival was fun and tiring and hot. There were a lot of different types of food that was served and it was good food. The only thing that I am sad is my friend didn’t chop my game card for me as I wanted to redeem a gift for myself for my hard work. Those who didn’t chop the card for me were, well better not name names here but u know who you are :P not only that, they call me a cheat L those who call me a cheat, I don’t like u anymore either :p

I have been always talking about buying a guitar and I have finally bought my guitar. I paid RM1650 in CASH for the guitar and my parents didn’t pay a single cent. The reason why they don’t want to help me buy a new guitar as they (mum) say I am not good enough yet. Since they say no, I decided to use my own savings (many many many years) to buy my guitar. I was hoping that the shop could give me more discount as I was paying in cash. Most musical instrument shop will give you more discount if u pay in cash or you pay half half or more of cash and the rest in the credit card. When
The guitar I bought is called Art & Lutherie (A&L). I was deciding whether to buy a pure acoustic guitar (Rm1200 with hard case) or semi acoustic guitar (RM1650). In the end I bought the semi acoustic guitar and this guitar comes from Canada, it’s a solid cedar guitar. This guitar sounds really good to my ears and it is worth every cent that I invested in it. But there are some dangers in buying a guitar that is made in a 4 season country. Among the dangers that I have to look into is especially to heating problem and scratch problems. Guitars that are made in 4 season countries are to face the 4 seasons that they have but the problem is Malaysia has 1 season only which is summer all year round (with rain). When guitars are exposed to heat or quite warm, the guitar neck will tend to bend in an odd way. The neck still can be adjusted back by using the allen key but it might not be what it was when it 1st bought. When the weather is hot, the neck will bend and the neck end or the neck itself might crack. The next problem is, this guitar or this brand is easily scratched as the wood and the finish is really thin. The guitar might be solid cedar but I will repeat once again, the wood is thin and the finish will not tahan any knocks or accidental scratch from the guitar picks. I read many reviews on how bad this guitar is and honestly I am really worried for my guitar. I know a friend of mine who has already scratch her A&L guitar (not her fault) and I told her to fix a pick guard for her own safety.
Does who are going to buy a guitar, please ensure that you have a pick guard on your guitar as it will not scratch your guitar body so easily. It is a must especially for people who want to buy solid spruce (top) or solid cedar (top) body. Remember these 2 types of body that I mention is not Gloss Top (GT) and you can see and feel the wood when you touch it. I know it is better to be without a pick guard as it is ugly, but for your own safety, please fix it up especially for those who are getting solid spruce or solid cedar under this company. It seems only this brand that I review seems to have problems. It is a good guitar as it sounds really good but you will really need to take good care of this guitar. Use a humidifier sensor or humidifier for acoustic guitar to avoid any damage to your guitar. For more information on humidifier and quick release strap (guitar has 1 strap pin only), please visit http://www.planetwaves.com as they have all sort of accessories that your guitar will need. Not promoting them but their stuff is good. I bought the Pro Winder (Bridge Pin Puller, Winder and Cutter,) and I thought of buying other equipments that I need for my guitar.
In conclusion this guitar is still a great guitar. It is EASY to play as your fingers don’t need to hurt or even bleed when you play on it. The strings that is fitted is 0.11 (1st E string) and it does not even hurt a single bit. Your fingers can slide down and up at any frets you want with no problems at all. Neck is superb thin and it is easier to hold and control and you won’t have any pains on your thumb and hand. For more information, do come back to me and I will help if I can.

I had a fun time yesterday. Actually a squirrel came into my house when my door was open. I went inside the house to look for my extension wire to connect my vacuum cleaner as I had to vacuum my dad’s car. Since I was hungry, I had to get something to bite before I started the job. When I was eating, suddenly in front of my eyes there was a squirrel staring at me. Then I stare back at it. I then went and open the door WIDE for it to go out of my house. When I open the door wide, it didn’t want to go out of my house. Actually it did try by trying to squeeze between the small gap between the door and the wood that holds the door. It was not possible for it to go thru as the squirrel is so much bigger. Then it started to jump here and there in my house and I was like “stupid squirrel”.
It kept on jumping that it reached my bay window and I open all 5 bay window for it to choose its exit. But guess what? The squirrel didn’t go out of the window after I open it. Then I open the big door again and again this stupid squirrel tried to squeeze itself thru the gap at the door. It didn’t go out. Next thing I know it started running around my house in fear. As I was getting irritated, I took a broom and knock the stuff that was near the squirrel and it started to run here and there. It was really tiring to chase after the squirrel. Then it went back to the door and tried to squeeze itself thru the gap again.
I had to use the broom to hit the floor and when ever I hit the floor it will run and jump here and there and I had to chase it. It was quite tiring to chase it around and around. After a while the squirrel went and hides behind my plastic chairs and cupboard at the extended area of my house and I had to use the broom to knock the floor and it started to run everywhere again. at my extended area there are 3 bay windows and I open all the 3 wide hoping that it will jump out of the house thru the window. The next thing I know it went running towards my main door BY PASS THE OPEN DOOR WHICH WAS OPEN SO WIDE. Then I told the squirrel “why u so stupid wan? Door open u don’t want to go out and must take the hard way out.”
Next thing I know the squirrel ran back to my door and was still jumping and since it was scared it keep on knocking his head on the wall. It was quite funny to see it in fear and me being piss and tired. After around 20minutes, I manage to scare the squirrel out of the house. It was trying to make a run towards my plastic chair at my extended area and I use the broom to block its way as the main door was open and the squirrel stop and ran out of the door so fast. I believe the squirrel was really scared as it really jump and ran for its life after it was outside my house. I was like tired after chasing the squirrel in my house for 20 minutes. I believe the bread that I ate burn off due to the energy being used to chase that small little thing.
The moral of the story is this. Don’t let your door open when you go inside the house to take things as you will never know what will enter your house AND squirrels are quite dumb. It could have walk out freely as I open the door wide but it wanted to give me some exercise by running around my house.
